When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is by 10am.
Is it a child-friendly venue?
Haven on the Park is an adult-only retreat. No children are permitted on the property at any time. This includes in your Suite.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, smoking and vaping are not permitted. If you are a smoker, please consider booking elsewhere.
Is the swimming pool private?
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of all registered guests.
Is there parking?
One bay per suite when requested at booking (subject to availability). No visitor parking.
Are visitors allowed?
You may invite a maximum of two visitors to your suite, but they must leave by 10:00 pm; after that only registered guests are allowed. The common areas, including the deck and pool areas, are for the exclusive use of registered guests and are not available to visitors
How do I get there from the airport?
You can take a taxi or Uber, which takes about 20 minutes and costs approximately $40 AUD, or catch the train from the airport to East Perth station which takes 15 minutes and costs approximately $5 AUD followed by a 10-minute walk to Haven on the Park.
