Designed for guests living with dementia who require one-to-one support, the Supported Stay Suite provides private accommodation in peaceful, low-stimulation surroundings, with day and night Registered Nurse care. Domestic in scale and gracious in character, Haven offers warmth, privacy and familiarity in an environment that supports comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
This is not a facility-style stay. It is a more personal, respectful and reassuring form of respite for guests and for the people who care about them.

To help families understand the cost of care, our current indicative daily rates are based on a private stay with one-to-one 24-hour Registered Nurse support:

When appropriate, it also provides an easy base for gentle outings and family visits.

This is a private supported stay, not institutional respite: Haven is designed to feel calm, gracious and low in stimulation.
One guest, one nurse, around the clock: support is structured around continuous one-to-one Registered Nurse care, including overnight.
